Hey there, we are Equanimity Arts! We offer transformative individual and group art therapy experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and others through creativity. Whether it's: supporting women navigating life’s transitions, people thriving in the workplace, creating connection and engagement with seniors or helping young people express their emotions in healthy ways, we use the power of art to foster emotional resilience, healing, and well-being. Talk therapies do not appeal to everyone and art therapy can be a gentle gateway self care.
At EqA, our registered art therapist has extensive experience with individuals and groups working with complex trauma using evidenced based programs and the bespoke needs of the client.
If you are interested in the art therapy process, joining a group or need some individual care, please feel free to contact the EqA team! (no artistic abilities required)
