As a Registered Counsellor and leader of Wise Counselling Services, I bring professional expertise and experience to support individuals, groups, and families with mental health support and counselling.
I work with my clients to navigate transitions, find balance, and achieve goals aligned with their aspirations. I offer general and specialised counselling support in the areas of anxiety, depression, loss & grief, trauma, relationship, workplace and career issues, men's wholeness, and spiritually-oriented practice (with Christianity as anchor reference).
I have developed and honed my ability to understand and support my clients in building their capacity to live their best lives. I also incorporate lessons from other life endeavours, including project/construction consultancy, research and teaching, community services, and book writing and publication.
