My office is situated on a small acreage, where I offer room-based, nature-based, online services or equine-assisted psychotherapy. I believe in the power of genuine connection to help people heal and grow, and I am deeply committed to assisting individuals and couples in regaining balance. Whether working with individuals who have faced trauma or those seeking more profound understanding and self-growth, I aim to guide my clients towards a balanced, empowered life of possibility.
After years of working in challenging environments, including Southeast Queensland prisons, with women who have experienced complex trauma, I have developed a profound understanding of how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit, offering a holistic approach that resets the nervous systems, fostering self-regulation and co-regulation for lasting well-being
