I have been working with women who experienced trauma, abuse and coercive control for many years, in different backgrounds and cultures. Developing women self-empowerment is my path and passion. Specialised in fields of HSP and Trauma Work, MiCBT, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Art Therapy. With a large number of tools, I guide people who want to change, heal, and transform their lives. I support them growing through their wounds, learning about themselves, uncovering their own strengths, recovering from trauma, creating peace inside while birthing kindness and forgiveness for their heart and soul.
As a clinician, my work is client centred, versatile, trauma informed and trained, using frameworks including MiCBT and CBT, ACT, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion), DBT, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness and Energy Therapy. As a trained MSC and MFY teacher I run workshops and the 8-week MSC course (with CPD for professionals).
Non-judgmental about religion, culture, sexual orientation and identity, age, disability and social background. I offer a free 15 minutes initial contact by phone, which will allow us to chat and identify if I am the right therapist for you and your needs. There is no expectation to book further appointments after the initial one. Sessions are 60 minutes.
