My name is Emma and I have a passion for providing respectful and non-judgmental therapy for all my clients. My aim is to ensure that you have a safe and respectful space where we can promote personal growth, self-compassion and work through challenging times together.
I have many years experience working with clients in both community and forensic settings, and a range of presentations. This includes complex trauma, drug and alcohol issues, family violence, anxiety and depression.
I have experience using and a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing and work in a flexible manner to ensure your needs are being met.
