Whether you've seen many therapists in your time or this is your first venture into the world of therapy and counselling, I would be humbled to assist you and to see if we are the right fit. Therapy is not a one size fits all situation, therefore I'll endeavour to ensure this process is not as daunting as it may seem. I see adults and young children, and my previous experience as a dancer and teacher brings forth a creative and playful experience to the therapy room, especially for my younger clients.
Emma has assisted clients through a range of mental health challenges such as Depression and Anxiety disorders, school & work stress, ADHD, parenting difficulties, perinatal challenges, trauma, and health and sexual dysfunction. She further enjoys working with performing artists and first responders.
Emma is dedicated to understanding you, your key concerns and your broader worldview in order to support you to reach your therapeutic goals. She employs from various treatment modalities (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy) to tailor a personalised treatment approach for your work together.
