I am passionate about working with diversity. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I seek to create an authentic and safe space for people to bring their whole selves. I am passionate about people making changes in their lives through building shame resilience and practising radical self-acceptance and self-compassion. I support people reframing core beliefs that may have been profoundly misunderstood. I love supporting people through finding liberation from systems and constructs that have kept us from embracing who we are.
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Therapist. I have a background of working therapeutically with people of all ages in various settings. At the core of my practice is the intention to offer support, collaboration, belonging, and connection, drawing from modalities such as ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Recovery, and creative therapies.
I bring a unique approach that challenges the common tendency to intellectualize trauma and mental health. My goal is to facilitate a holistic, whole-body approach to therapy that promotes healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
