Emma is an Accredited Mental Health Social worker with over 10 years experience working with people with mental health issues. Emma has a Bachelor's Degrees in Social Work as well as additional qualifications that enable her to specialise in counselling and mental health. Emma's current roles include senior Fertility counsellor at a specialised Fertility clinic and prior to that she worked as a team leader in adult and family mental health
Emma has significant experience working with individuals and couples going through fertility treatment as well as ante-natal and post natal counselling. Inclusive of infant loss, termination for medical reasons, termination by choice, miscarriage and pregnancy. Emma also practices in general counselling and mental health.
Emma works with an empathetic, strengths based approach. Emma is warm and inviting and lets you guide the therapy at your own pace and comfort level. Emma works from a strength based model using narrative therapy, CBT and empowerment strategies to help you on your journey.
