We all begin with potentials, tendencies, and unconscious parts that unfold over time. Through a process of self-reflection, willingness to face discomfort, and freedom to choose your own path is to uncover your authentic self. Together we create and allow a space for change and transformation - to become who you truly are. Either in-person or online, one-on-one sessions are in a safe, depth-orientated, trauma-informed and confidential environment.
Since 2018 I have worked in the Clinical Services team at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney and offer specialised support in both suicide prevention and suicide bereavement.
With emphasis on the mind-body and nervous system connection, I encourage mindful presence, self-awareness, self-observation, and self-compassion. I believe in building trusting relationships for clients to feel safe and supported to understand how attachment patterns, temperament and coping modes shape difficult relational dynamics.
As an experienced individual and group therapist, I am committed to helping you discover your own internal strengths while providing the tools needed for committed action. My practice prioritises warm and empathic connection, ensuring that your story is heard non-judgmentally and respected.
