As a genderqueer, ace-spectrum, and neurodivergent person, I am passionate about supporting other members of my community. If you are neurodivergent, disabled or chronically ill, queer and/or trans, poly/non-monogamous, or engage in kink/BDSM community I would love to support you in therapy. I used my lived experience to bring understanding, empathy and patience to our work together. I welcome people with marginalised experiences and want to create a space where it is ok for you to be your unmasked self.
If you have had trouble in the past being put into boxes that don’t fit, or are wanting an accepting and flexible therapeutic approach outside of CBT, then I might be the person for you. I want to support people in their journey to discover their authentic selves, and give some mental health tips and tricks along the way.
You might like working with me if you want something different to mainstream cookie cutter approaches or are new to therapy. Hearing about your journey with counselling, what you have loved, hated, found interesting, motivated you, or more, helps me to work alongside you to create a therapy space that actually works for you.
