I have training, experience, and a keen interest in child and adolescent mental health, and hold a Master's Degree in Youth Mental Health. I work with preteens, adolescents, and young adults with autism, ADHD, AuDHD, stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, disordered eating, bipolar affective disorder, early psychosis, trauma/PTSD, adjustment difficulties and interpersonal difficulties. I utilise a range of evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I offer assessments for Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, cognitive abilities, NDIS, and adaptive behaviour.
