I am a neurodivergent Psychologist with lived experience of what it is like trying to fit into a neurotypical world not designed for you. I understand that as a neurodivergent person, you have likely experienced a lifetime of invalidating and/or overwhelming experiences where you may not have felt safe enough to be your authentic self. Trying to fit into a world not built for you is taxing and can contribute significantly to mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, low self-esteem, and chronic health conditions.
It was not until I went on a deep dive into my own neurology (in my late 30s) that I arrived at a place where I could finally have compassion for myself and start a journey of healing. I help neurodivergent people create a life that works best for them by providing a safe, trauma-informed, and ND-friendly space of acceptance, understanding & inclusion.
Through compassionate exploration, I help neurodivergent people discover a clearer understanding of themselves so they can create a life that works best for them. Together we will identify strengths, challenges, and personal values, set goals, develop mind and body-based skills, and find accommodations that work specifically for you.
