I’ve been working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 18 years. My areas of speciality include Relationship / Marriage Counselling; Addiction (pornography, sex, drug and alcohol); Anxiety and Depression; Grief Counselling; Sexual Health. I place a great deal of emphasis on safety and confidentiality, so that you can feel easier sharing your story.
Sometimes admitting we need help is the biggest obstacle. Once we’ve made that first step, and reached out, we can feel a great sense of relief. It can be confusing knowing what to look for when seeking professional help. I work hard to put clients at ease, to make the session feel as normal as possible. I use humour where appropriate, always respectfully.
