In her work, she utilises a range of evidence-based therapy modalities such as Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Emily has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, outpatient hospital services, inpatient forensic hospitals, university clinics, and in private practice. Emily is a Clinical Psychologist and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
