My name is Emilie, I'm a Psychotherapist based in Crows Nest and Orange. Prioritising safe and authentic spaces for us to work on whatever has brought you in for support. I come from a background in both creative industries, and the corporate sector, meaning I work closely with a very wide range of clients and issues. Therapy can look different for each person, and so I come ready for whatever might suit you best. The approach can feel like a casual chat, or a deep dig into tools and resources. I enjoy working with both bottom up approaches like creative, narrative and mindfulness therapies, to more top down approaches like CBT, and solutions-focused frameworks.
