Hello, I am Rechelle - accredited mental health Social Worker, registered Psychotherapist, Counsellor. I work with adults, couples and adolescent (15+) clients suffering with complex trauma / PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress related issues, chronic pain, and addiction issues. I help people get to know themselves better, live a deeper, more meaningful, fulfilling and enriched life. I am also able to accept Mental Health Care Plan (Medicare) Victims Services Clients, NDIS, EAP + private health insurance clients that are appropriately covered.
I consider it an honour & a privilege to walk the healing path with my clients. I have many years of experience in the mental health field & a deep passion & interest in working with the people that come to me. My particular interests are working with trauma, grief & loss & helping you to learn about you really are inside. Healing begins from the inside, out
My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own healing through therapy & inner work; I have first hand experience not only of recovery from trauma, but also of what it is to be in the clients' shoes. I truly believe the quality of the therapist-client relationship is key to healing, guiding & holding a safe space for you as you work through the pain.
