I have ten years of experience supporting and mentoring young people with various life challenges, including family breakdown, grief and loss, self-esteem, gender identity, mental health, anxiety, depression, friendships, bullying, self-harm and school refusal. I am passionate about working with youth and young adults and supporting them in their life journey, however I also enjoy working with adults of any age.
I believe in a holistic model of care and providing a safe and nurturing space for my clients. I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling therapies focused on supporting and facilitating my clients to discover their own growth journey and find their unique strengths to deal with life's challenges.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
