I provide specialised psychological treatment for adults experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, childhood attachment disruptions, and dissociative disorders—including dissociative identity disorder, amnesia, dissociative fugue, depersonalisation, and derealisation. My experience includes supporting individuals impacted by motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and those in high-risk professions such as veterans, police officers, and paramedics. I bring over 25 years of experience in community mental health and corporate settings, both in Australia and internationally.
Since 2018, I have been an EMDRAA accredited consultant and EMDR Institute accredited training facilitator. I completed EMDR therapy training and advanced through the Intensive Master Class. I have received training and supervision from leading psychologists in assessing and treating trauma, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders.
I exclusively provide EMDR therapy which has a variety of protocols for PTSD, complex trauma, recent critical incidents, attachment repair, childhood emotional neglect, inner critic voice, self-criticism, excessive drug and alcohol use, gambling, phobia, panic attacks, pain and anger management. EMDR therapy is no longer limited to the treatment of PTSD.
