I am a compassionate, client-centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. With experience in both legal and mental health settings, like Relationship Australia SA & Anglicare SA.I provide practical, empathetic support, including court-mandated counselling. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Emotion-Focused and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have a special interest in working with women, adolescent girls, and couples, focusing on empowerment, self-worth and meaningful change in a safe, supportive space.
I provide evidence-based counselling for individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship and family challenges, stress, grief and loss, or ongoing worry.
