I offer online therapy across Australia.
My approach is person-centred, trauma informed and deeply relational. I believe that the psychological sufferings we experience stem from relationships, and only in relationships can be explored, processed, and organised differently. Sometimes we try hard to be different to fit with others and in this world, and as a result we might suffer even more and feel isolated. The relationship with my clients can be a safe place where they can try more authentic and spontaneous ways of being, until they feel safe enough to bring their real self in their relationships and in the world.
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2018. I have worked with adults and children and have been working extensively with the issue of domestic and family violence with both those who experienced it and used it.
I also offer professional supervision to practitioners.
