She is available for counselling for 12+ in the areas of eating disorders, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism etc), gender and queer identity exploration, and trauma. She also conducts assessments (ADHD/Autism/Cognitive) for children 6+ to adults and is an EMDR Therapist.
Areas of interest: EMDR, Internalised/masked presentations of Autism, ADHD, Giftedness & Twice-exceptionality (2e), Eating Disorders (including Atypical Anorexia, & ARFID), weight-neutral feeding and eating support, late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults or recently diagnosed young people 12+, and people exploring gender or queer identity.
Elysia is a proud multiply-neurodivergent person with lived experience of chronic health and eating challenges. She is gentle, warm, energetic and uses humour in session. She provides person centred, lived-experience informed and trauma informed care. She is passionate about advocacy & supporting a person within the systems that affect them.
