I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist (PACFA) who provides a warm, relaxed and collaborative space for holistic healing and growth, and believe the key to successful therapy is the strength of the therapeutic relationship. My approach is integrative and non-pathologising, and my areas of focus include: grief and loss, body image issues, chronic health conditions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem and shame, and more. I have a keen interest in the intersection between nutrition, lifestyle and mental health, as well as supporting individuals experiencing mother loss (physical death and ambiguous loss).
I work with individuals aged 16+, and utilise approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), creative and somatic psychotherapies, and gestalt therapy. I work closely to validate your experience while collaborating with you on specific goals you have.
I completed my Master of Counselling from Edith Cowan University, and hold additional training in Gestalt psychotherapy. I have worked in varied mental health roles in WA universities and non-profit organisations, and have experience working across multi-cultural and religious contexts. I currently offer both online & face-to-face appointments.
