I’m a Greek speaking accredited Social Worker with over 10 years working across DVA, NDIS, EAP within my private practice with a strong commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
Through my contract work, I support veterans and their families, the Greek community & their families, individuals living with disabilities, and employees experiencing mental health challenges, life stressors, and transitions. My work honours the unique experiences, identities, and systems that shape each person’s wellbeing.
My approach integrates Focused Psychological Strategies including CBT, ACT, and solution focused therapy within a recovery-oriented, person-centred framework. I focus on building resilience, supporting adjustment and transition, and helping clients reconnect with meaning, identity, and purpose.
I provide Australia-wide telehealth services for DVA-funded, NDIS, private, and EAP clients. My practice is guided by respect, collaboration, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.
