If you struggle with relationships, family issues, anxiety, depression, social isolation and adjustment, identity issues, trauma, loss and grief, or living with neurodivergence and marital problems, my counselling can be the refuge needed to assist in unlocking your mental health. I offer face-to-face, online or brief counselling services to anyone looking for change, aged 12 years or older. Sessions are available for individuals, couples or families sessions in the traditional psychotherapeutic way, but also Brief Therapy sessions (single sessions only - 90 min) for those waiting on long waiting lists for mental health services.
We all get stuck in our problems! I will assist as your mental wellbeing locksmith ... using my experience and skill set to understand your story without judgement, identify areas of change together, and help you unlock where your life has become jammed. It will assist in managing those pesky issues with a greater degree of confidence and satisfaction.
I am passionate about helping people unlock mental health wellbeing in a friendly, authentic, and caring way. As social worker-turned-counsellor and having experienced the hardships of migration, loss, social adjustment and belonging, I counsel with respect, empathy, creativity, a sense of humour, a funky accent and deep belief in a good therapeutic alliance
