Life can be hard! Are you stuck within relationships, family issues, anxiety, depression, social isolation, identity issues, trauma, loss and grief, or living with neurodivergence and marital problems? In my counselling rooms, you will find a safe refuge to explore your story, strengths and challenges, to create alternative ways of thinking and feeling, and devise new strategies to live life with more satisfaction. Counselling sessions are available in person or online to any individual aged 12 years and older, and to couples or families seeking change.

Using an integrative approach informed by Family and Systems Theory and Schema Therapy, and grounded in my Christian professional identity, I will help you become more aware of how your experiences have shaped your emotions, thoughts, and behaviour, and of their impact on your life. Together, we will develop new strategies to better manage your challenges.

I offer authenticity: a safe refuge, good listening skills, lots of empathy, and a good sense of humour in building a trusting relationship with anyone with any problem. My personal experience with migration, loss, neurodivergence, social adjustment, and belonging gives agency to the respect, empathy, authenticity, and creativity used in counselling.

Bank transfer, Electronic Funds Transfer, Mastercard, Visa

Invoices are issued for each session and directly paid to the counsellor on the day of service. Clients can submit invoices to health funds for consideration. I accept direct transfers or Eftpos Air (tap and go) in the office. The fees are based on the gap payments usually paid for psychotherapy.
