Ellie has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field working in both private and public settings. Throughout her career, Ellie has worked with people of varying ages, backgrounds and presenting difficulties. Her specific areas of interest include anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, eating disorders and trauma. Ellie’s approach to therapy is warm, compassionate and strength-focused with the aim of creating a safe and reflective therapeutic space. She tailors sessions to your specific needs and draws on evidence-based approaches to help you manage life's challenges.
Alongside her clinical work, Ellie is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at Charles Darwin University, where she enjoys supervising Clinical Psychology trainees. She is passionate about mentoring emerging psychologists and is currently accepting new supervision clients.
