About
I am extremely passionate about my work. I appreciate the chance to build therapeutic relationships based on compassion and respect and I see therapy as two people working together to reach your potential. I work with clients using styles of therapy that have been shown as effective and I make sure that each client's goals and experiences are valued when making a therapeutic plan.
I have a wide range of experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety (generalised, phobias, social, panic), depression, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders. I work with all ages and prior to completing my Masters, I engaged in a 2-year internship as a Provisional Psychologist, giving me over 5 years of experience.
I appreciate the difficulty that is coming to therapy and love any chance to hear someone's story on an attempt to help.
