I specialise in supporting people who are experiencing change or loss, whether that be in their career, family structure, or due to the ageing process. It might be that you are managing overwhelm at work, with issues such as burnout, change in role, loss of job and retirement. Or perhaps you are adjusting to parenthood, to divorce, to loss through the death of a partner, loss of family through estrangement or when your children start to leave home.
I have many years of experience working with people who have been through difficult change, grief and loss. I have specialist training in understanding bereavement and am a certified Griefline Counsellor. I work with your strengths and take a compassionate approach to your experiences.
Together, we can work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of the challenges you are facing, and create hope and new possibilities. You are welcome to be in touch for an obligation-free initial phone consultation to determine if I’m the right match for you.
