As a creative art therapist with a background in palliative care nursing and pastoral care, I have a particular interest in bereavement support. Using creative methods to help the client understand their process one can move into a new way of being.
My background in pastoral care has been a great asset to my increased understanding of self and other, and the interactions between the two. I now understand that receiving is just as important as giving in an emotional exchange and self understanding helps me help others.
