I work with people who have had experiences including (but not limited to) sexual, physical and emotional abuse and/or neglect. You're not alone. Recovery is possible. I support people to achieve the goals and intentions most important to them.
I specialise in attachment-based therapy that can include EMDR if that's right for you. We will work at your pace to explore issues and position you as the expert in your own life. I work at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, social justice and spirituality.
