I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are facing challenges and looking for support to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, parenting concerns, grief and loss, relationship changes, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, or neurodivergence. They are often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next step, but are ready to better understand themselves and explore positive change in a supportive environment. They are looking to build on their strengths, gain greater self-understanding and develop the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
I believe each person has unique strengths and resilience. As a Social Worker and Counsellor with over 20 years of experience, I tailor therapy to your individual needs. Drawing on counselling, expressive therapies, play-based approaches, psychoeducation, and practical strategies. I help clients build confidence and create meaningful change.
