Hello, I'm a Clinical Psychologist who has practiced in the mental health field since 1992, working in education, occupation/return to work, medical, family service, acute psychiatric and community mental health settings. I provide short term solution focused, and long term in-depth individually tailored therapeutic approaches depending on your therapeutic needs and preferences, working with you to better understand your situation and life goals. I strive to provide a collaborative, compassionate and curious therapeutic environment, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques from a wide range of therapeutic models.
