I provide compassionate and inclusive psychological services to individuals (18+ years). I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism and ADHD), and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with a broad range of issues, including: identity challenges (including gender and sexuality exploration/questioning), neurodivergence, trauma & CPTSD, burnout and stress management, attachment concerns, mood & emotion regulation, and eating disorders.
I use a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to individual needs, including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
I understand the importance of operating from an anti-oppressive and trauma informed framework, as well as the need for therapy to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.
