My name is Eleanor Heane Campbell, accredited Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Eye Motor Desensitising Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.

Particular expertise in supporting people whose personal and professional lives require a high level of discretion and privacy. Including those who are navigating sensitive personal circumstances that include include complex relationships with media, legal systems and public roles.
I offer a range of modalities and find Internal Family Systems and EMDR are effective for many trauma presentations, and solutions focussed, narrative and motivational interviewing for specific barriers to healing, recovery and wellness.
