I work mainly with women who for whatever reason, are finding life a bit of a struggle. I do also work with men to help them understand the women in their lives. I am also trained in couple counselling. Some of the most common reasons come to see me include relationship issues, mothering, work/life balance problems, anxiety, depression, grief/loss to name but a few. Commonly we get bogged down in how we “should” be doing things, rather than what suits us and our lives. Hi I’m Kerry, I support and empower individuals and couples experiencing challenging life events. My approach is hope focused and heart centered. Most of my clients contact me because of relationship issues, grief, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem issues, or some form of midlife crisis.
