My work as a counsellor and psychotherapist is founded on the cornerstones of kindness and compassion. As a Gestalt-informed mental health professional, I take joy in working with both individuals, couples/ relationships. For the past two decades I have worked locally and around the globe as a professional and volunteer in the social welfare, not-for-profit and creative arts sectors. In my therapeutic practice, I combine this life experience with my academic training to offer a specialised approach to this deep and important work.
I welcome the opportunity to work with anyone seeking relief from a range of life and relationship challenges including: stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, managing addictive behaviours, life transitions, sexuality and gender issues, LGBTQIA++ related concerns, end of life and grief and loss.
