I'm passionate about sharing experience and knowledge to help you understand your patterns, emotions and heal core wounds to return your sense of wholeness, innate personal power and Self-agency. Those treasures of 'Being' are yours already; vibrancy, clarity, courage, creativity, compassion, connectedness, curiosity and wise confidence. It's an empowering journey toward feeling at ease and safe in your being, your mind and emotions with an added dimension of spirituality and meaning for your life if that's for you. I know it's possible because I've taken the journey myself.
By applying evidence-based and neuro-scientifically-backed modalities, you will experience system wide relief of symptoms. Approaches are Internal Family Systems Model, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic based and other trauma informed practices including Dual Awareness and Relaxation techniques for calm and happiness in your daily life.
It's a big step to ask for help and I have been in that place too. I can say wholeheartedly that personal development and inner work has, and continues to be a source of wonder and energy in my life (60 years old now). I'll be a witness to your pain with loving and brave compassion and be a trusted guide while you to safely explore your inner world.
