Elaine provides evidence-based integrative treatment that focuses on the unique needs of each individual. Elaine's treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Elaine is also a qualified Art Therapist and creativity coach.
