I am a psychotherapist & counsellor of over 20 years and work in an eclectic style. I am passionate about & incorporate evidence based therapies to suit each individual such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Solution focused , Actual Commitment therapy, Motivational interview ,Emotionally focused therapy for couples and families and more recently Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing.

I believe in a sex-positive approach which acknowledges and celebrates the diversity of human sexuality, identity and expression. I utilise an eclectic, personalised, and compassionate approach to treatment and assessment. I treat a wide range of mental health problems, such as mood disorders, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD), personality disorders, psychosis, addictions and substance use disorders, OCD, and issues related to sleep and eating. I offer neurodiversity-affirming treatment and assessments to adults presenting with symptoms of ADHD and Autism-spectrum disorder. I also offer forensic treatment and psycholegal assessment for civil and criminal issues (including violence, sexual offending, general offending, fire-setting, and stalking)

Rob works well with singles, couples & families with a deep understanding of men's issues. Rob is an accredited Prepare/Enrich Counsellor. - working with pre-marriage and marriage/ relationships. Working with men's issues have been a common theme within Rob's counselling practice. Rob seeks to understand the issues underlying the behaviours. Neurological conditions affect both the patient and their family. I offer my services to both. Neurological disorders are doubtless among the most frightening illnesses that human beings face. Knowledge is sometimes the only power there is against the vagaries of these ailments. That is where counselling from a specialist psychotherapist comes in. I will make an assessment of the patient’s condition and take a medical history. I will also work with the patient’s doctor to coordinate the psychotherapy with medical treatment. I’m Kirsty, an accredited social worker with over a decade experience providing mental health support and therapy to individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns.
