Areas that I may be able to help you with include: cognitive difficulties (including attention, executive functioning and memory difficulties), learning difficulties (e.g. problems with reading, writing and mathematics), anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, adjustment difficulties and life changes, workplace issues, and parenting concerns
Having received a Masters degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, I have gained specific training and experience in the diagnostic assessment of a wide range of cognitive, developmental, behavioural, mood and anxiety disorders. In my therapy sessions, I integrate evidence-based psychological interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT and Schema Therapy.
My general approach to working with my clients is inspired by renowned Psychologist Carl Rogers’ theory of person-centred therapy, which is based on the qualities of unconditional positive regard, genuineness and empathetic understanding.
