Imagine feeling more secure and at home in yourself, more compassionate, and more aligned with what truly matters to you. I support people to heal and recover from a range of experiences, including: anxiety; depression; sleep issues; relationship challenges; challenges in pregnancy, birth or the postnatal period; perimenopause; late-identified neurodivergence; childhood trauma; sexual violence; intimate partner violence; and other trauma. Using EMDR alongside somatic and creative approaches, I help you process and integrate these experiences at a pace that feels safe for you.
I offer a warm, grounded, relational approach to counselling, drawing on EMDR, somatic and trauma-informed care, and focus on your unique goals and capacity to heal. Sessions are between 60-90 minutes. Medicare rebates available with a GP referral/Mental Health Treatment Plan.
