I am a Counsellor and Art Therapist with years of experience working with children, teens and adults. Creative therapies provide a safe, yet powerful way to express when words are too challenging. EFT - tapping is another well-researched modality I use to help settle the nervous system. I also use breath and somatic work to help release deep emotions.
I am a 'person-centred' therapist so I walk alongside you to support and listen to your needs. I provide home visits, included in my fee and online via Zoom (platform cost also included in my fee).
