I enjoy working with clients to explore the ways that their past is impacting on their present. I want to empower clients to get their emotional needs met.

I am experienced in conceptualising current emotional difficulties and their relationship with earlier aversive life experiences. I emphasise the importance and impact of attachment with others, and prioritise the meeting of core emotional needs. I aim to remove barriers to you getting your needs met.
