Hi, I'm Chris. I'm a psychologist and endorsed Clinical Psychologist. I work with men, women, and members of the LGBTIQ+ community 15 years and over to help with a wide range of problems with mental health and wellbeing, such as: Anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, changing unhelpful or unhealthy patterns of behaviour, supporting you through grief and loss or significant life changes, processing trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, helping you to manage challenging emotions such as anger and shame, and working to quiet self-criticism and develop self-compassion.
I provide a calm, warm, and compassionate environment to help my clients feel safe and supported in exploring their mental health and wellbeing. I use a person-centered approach, flexibly drawing on a variety of evidence-based therapies, depending on client needs and preferences. I see myself as a guide and companion on each client's unique journey.
I understand that seeking help can make you feel vulnerable, and I approach therapy at all times with care and respect - from our very first contact.
