I work with clients experiencing mood disorders (e.g. Depression or Anxiety) as well as those working on issues of addiction and substance use, trauma and PTSD, and personality disorders.

I have experience working in inpatient mental health rehabilitation, hospital services (specifically cancer related) and in managing impacts of workplace trauma, as well as in private practice. I have experience working with adults of all ages.

Making the choice to access therapy is a big step, and frequently an intimidating one. I offer a warm, supportive and empathetic space to discuss the issues you are struggling with, and will work with you to find a life that you want to live, rather than one you feel forced into.

I charge $240 for a 50 minute session. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of around $145 per session. I'm happy to discuss details of this with you so that we can keep therapy as accessible as possible.
