Hello I’m Donna Neck and welcome to Life Counselling Solutions. As we all know everyday life certainly has its challenges and stressors these days. I employ an integrative and personalised approach using predominantly short-term Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques. These therapies are client and forward focused, more economical than traditional therapies and assist you in developing a more positive outlook for the future.
