Welcome, I’m Donika or Don for short. I am an Arts Therapist and community facilitator. I assist individuals experiencing social, emotional, mental and identity changes and challenges. Arts Therapy is a facilitated process which allows individuals to find form and meaning to the experiences and questions in our lives that are often hard to put into words. It helps us find new perspectives, resolutions and understanding to our inner and outer worlds.
My approach is to provide a safe and experiential space for exploration, unpacking and understanding. I invite individuals to find their truth, find compassion for self and explore the resolutions they need.
I practice a person-centered therapeutic alliance, centering your lived experience as valuable and valid. I provide a safe space for you to further understand yourself, your questions and your inner world.
