I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. My approach draws on ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy, tailoring treatment to your needs. Sessions are warm, conversational, and collaborative, with a strong focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
