About
I offer psychotherapy to individuals seeking to understand their relationship issues, emotional conflicts and psychological difficulties. I provide a safe, non judgemental and supportive space for you to talk freely about whatever may be concerning you. You will have time and space to slow down to think through your thoughts and feel your feelings as I invite and welcome all the parts of you to be seen and heard. Together we can explore and process the impact of past wounds and relationships and as we make sense of what you discover you will strengthen your ability to fiercely be yourself and create the life that you desire.
As a qualified Couples Therapist I support couples to increase relationship satisfaction and intimacy by addressing relationship difficulties effectively. I will help you identify what you do well, what you want to change and a plan for moving towards your relationship goals. As a result you will deepen your connection and grow individually and as a couple.
The therapy relationship is a unique one of being deeply listened to. I will meet you with empathy, acceptance and curiosity as you untangle from disempowering feedback from the past, limiting beliefs and patterns that maintain depression, anxiety, addiction, substance use and relationship and attachment issues. I welcome your call.
