Welcome! I’m Dr. Dominic, and I’m here to guide you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. With 19 years of international and clinical experience, I offer a compassionate, empathetic space for you to explore and make sense of your unique experiences.
As a skilled individual counsellor and lecturer in counselling, I bring a blend of expert knowledge and practical experience to support you through your challenges. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, or any other personal hurdle, my goal is to empower you with the insights and tools to overcome them.
I counsel individuals, groups, and organizations through a diverse range of services: Individual Counselling, Victim Services, EMDR, Group Therapy and Employee Assistance Programmes.
I am a wounded healer. I have processed my issues. I walk the talk. Who better than me to entrust your life and mental health challenges? I know what it feels to be in a dark space. My clients say, "You are the real thing!" Why? Because I am real, compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable.
